Version 1.7 Released!

Hello 2023. New year, new us — make sure you read this one because things will look VERY different when you login to Fuzy. Here's what's new in the Version 1.7 release!

New App Home Page Experience

The Home page is where you will now land after logging into Fuzy (rather than your insights Inbox). Think of it as your command center to:

• select and monitor relevant event Targets you care about (by segment)

• stay on top of new insights and annotations that Fuzy or your team added to Timeline

• quickly get back into the work you've been doing with Recently Viewed

If you're looking for your insight Inbox, you can still find it in the left navigation under Home.

Salesforce Integration

We launched a new integration for Salesforce using their connected apps framework and recommended OAuth2 protocol.

Connecting Salesforce to Fuzy will construct a more complete picture of how your product is impacting business outcomes. You'll gain a deeper understanding of how user/account behaviors impact various metrics such as retention, revenue, account expansions, trial-to-paid conversions, and more.
